Plans and subscription
Svitgrid is a paid app with a 14-day free trial. There are three plans, plus a permanently free fallback for anyone who bought a Gateway.

Prices are shown in US dollars; the store charges you in your own currency.
The free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, handled by the App Store or Google Play. You are not charged until it ends, and cancelling before the end costs nothing. The trial is once per account.
If you own a Gateway
Your hardware never stops working
If you bought a Svitgrid Gateway and your subscription lapses, you do not lose the device. You keep:
- The live dashboard
- Manual control of your inverter
- Six safety alerts — power outage, grid restored, inverter error, low battery, critical battery, and battery heading for empty
You lose stored history, charts, daily totals, the forecast and calendar automation. Your old history is hidden, never deleted — subscribe again and all of it returns.
This applies to the physical Gateway only. A Home Assistant setup does not qualify.
Managing your subscription
Settings → Subscription shows your plan and renewal date. Changing or cancelling is done in the App Store or Google Play, not in Svitgrid — Apple and Google own the billing relationship.
Restore purchases on that screen recovers a subscription after reinstalling or changing phone.
Current rollout status
Nothing is locked yet
Plan limits are not currently being enforced. Everyone has full access to every feature while we finish rolling subscriptions out. When enforcement begins you will get a trial and clear notice first — locked sections will show a preview and a button rather than an error.
