Blackout schedule

In short

In Ukraine, Svitgrid knows your region's planned outage groups and warns you before the power goes off.

Setting it up

Settings → Household settings:

  1. Region — your oblast.
  2. Group — your queue number, printed on your electricity bill or on your supplier's website.
  3. Advance warning — how long before an outage you want to be told: off, or 1, 2, 3 or 6 hours. The default is 1 hour.

What you see

A strip on the dashboard showing today's and tomorrow's scheduled outages for your group, with a coloured dot for the current state.

What Svitgrid does about it

  • Warns you at the notice period you chose.
  • Tells you if your battery is too low to cover the coming outage.
  • Can fill the battery first, if you create a charge event or use the Survive outages planning style.
  • Can suppress other events during an outage, so a "sell to grid" window does not fight a blackout.

Schedules are published by your regional operator, and they change

Treat the schedule as a good forecast rather than a promise. Emergency outages are not scheduled at all and appear with no warning.
