Delete Your Account

Data Deletion Request

We respect your right to control your data. If you'd like to delete your Svitgrid account, you can do so in two ways:

Option 1: Delete from the App

Open the Svitgrid app and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will immediately begin the deletion process.

Option 2: Request via Email

Send an email to hello@svitgrid.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your Svitgrid account.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account profile and email address
• All solar energy readings and history
• Your household configurations and inverter connection details
• Alert preferences and notification settings
• Any household memberships

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been fully removed.
