Deye and power outages: the battery is full before the power goes out
Svitgrid knows the outage schedule for your group, warns you in advance, and prepares your Deye battery charge before a scheduled outage: you approve the plan, and the battery fills while the power is still on. When the power goes out, you are the first to know, and you see how long the battery will last.

Svitgrid knows the scheduled outage groups in your region and shows the windows for today and tomorrow.
Warning
An alert as many hours ahead as you choose. If the battery is low, a separate one: "not enough".
Charging from the grid
The "Survive outages" planning style proposes charging the Deye battery while the power is still on. You approve the plan, and selling to the grid turns off for that time.
How long it will hold
A countdown to the threshold at which your inverter cuts the load, not to 0%. Because that is when the lights go out.
Power came back
An alert when the grid returns. Even at night, and even if you are away from home.
A reserve for the outage itself
Besides the usual reserve, you can set aside charge for a scheduled outage, up to 6 hours of running your home. Svitgrid does not plan to discharge the battery below this level before the outage.
Your regional grid operator publishes the schedules, and they change. Emergency outages are not scheduled at all. For those, you get an alert at the moment the grid goes down.

How do I charge a Deye battery before a power outage?
Choose your outage group and the "Survive outages" planning style. The planner proposes charging from the grid at the right hours. You approve the plan once, and then Svitgrid carries it out by itself.
Does the alert arrive if my phone is off or I am away from home?
Yes, with the ED-1 gateway or Home Assistant. They watch the inverter 24/7.
Does this work with other inverters?
Alerts and the schedule, yes. Charging before an outage: only Deye, Sunsynk, and Sol-Ark.
