Flash your Svitgrid Edge
One click. No terminal. No esptool download.
- Plug the Edge into your computer with a data USB-C cable — a direct port, not a hub
- Hold BOOT, tap RESET, release BOOT
- Click the button below and pick your Edge from the device list
- Wait ~30 seconds without unplugging — done
Troubleshooting
Button is greyed out or does nothing
The Flash button needs WebSerial, which only works in Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Opera, Brave, Arc) on a desktop. If you are on Safari or Firefox, open this page in Chrome or Edge instead.
"No device found" in the picker
Make sure the USB-C cable carries data (not just power — some cables are charge-only). Then hold the BOOT button, tap RESET, release BOOT, and click Flash now again.
Flashing failed, or the device seems dead afterward
Your device is not damaged. A failed or interrupted flash can never permanently brick an Edge — it just needs to be flashed again. This is almost always a weak USB cable dropping the connection mid-write. Switch to a different data USB-C cable in a direct port (avoid hubs and charge-only cables), redo the BOOT/RESET sequence, and flash again. It will recover.
Device boots but won't connect to Wi-Fi
Flashing is done — your Edge is running fresh firmware. Wi-Fi pairing is a separate step done through the Svitgrid mobile app. See the onboarding guide.
